I wish I could give this zero stars. My boyfriend and my best friend and I all went for a Valentine's Day dinner. We waited 35 minutes to order our food, and when we asked the staff for condiments, Inez was extraordinarily unprofessional and rude, rolling her eyes and sighing, telling us "oh my Gd, I am so busy and you keep asking for things". On top of all of this, there was a hair in my burger. It took them over two hours to remake and have it sent to the room. As a service industry professional, no matter the circumstances, the service level was absolutely beyond the pale and unacceptable. It was not busy, there was adequate staff and there was no reason why staff should be so unprofessional on the floor. The atmosphere would have been greatly improved by higher quality choices in staffing. Needless to say, we will not be back Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We enjoyed a lovely meal at the Lady Madison while we were staying at Le Meridien. Interesting menu, very tasty food, and last but not least, impeccable service - Abdul took care of us, was very attentive and engaging. We were actually sorry that we did not dine there again the second evening, but at a Michelin-recommended restaurant instead! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Alright, but the worst Marriot property I've stayed at. Three holds on my card, no fridge, restaurant is meh. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
