Another great time at Larkspur Grill. Our server Randell was fantastic. Live music started at 6. We had apps and drinks. Their house wine is outstanding and a steal at $8 a glass. It is from Rutherford Winery from Sonoma and so delicious, and I've tasted a lot of wine

A very very disappointing experience last night. Things started off well but went quickly downhill, server was no where to be found, food came out cold and I ended up having to go to the bar for a wineglass (carafe was dropped off with no glass and again server was nowhere too be found) and then all the way to the hostess stand to ask for condiments because no one even came to check on us. Yikes! The server recommended the tortellini and it was border line inedible... it was cleared from the table basically untouched but no one asked how it was or if we wanted something else. The band playing was fantastic though! Maybeeeee id come back for drinks? But only if I sat at the bar where the bartender couldn't ignore me.

Clearly the not so friendly attitude from the Host and Hostess is a reflection of you Charlie S. Instead of apologizing for your lack of service with a smile and trying to accommodate your customers you choose to point out we didn't have a reservation. May I repeat that you had many empty tables and we were paying customers. Please note somewhere that reservations are REQUIRED if this is your policy.

Hi Beth, We are sorry you were not happy with the reservation standards and or the bar seating and comfort. It is recomendable to make prior arrangements if you are going somewhere with a party of 10.
