Good Morning, We do not devein our shrimp, our shrimps at all our locations are farm raised" granja" if you devein them then they are not fresh they processed shrimp. As far as the quesadilla, not sure what was wrong with it if it's just cheese and tortilla but we would gladly Comp you to try it again. Just keep in mind that fresh shrimp is not deveined.
