I don't know where the good reviews come from! Food is not good at all! I guess those five-star reviews come from people used to eat Lunchables and frozen ready food....service was great though. I don't recommend the food. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I called in to order, a nice man took my order asked if they took card or preferred cash they said card was an option. I work in down town as well and decided to give them a try since it was recommended by someone. I had a customer walk in shortly after I had just put in my order, this customer took about 20-25 min. They called me (I assume it was to remind me about my order) but as soon as I picked up they hung up. I didn’t get a word out by the time they hung up, I called again to let them know I was on my way (no answer). I make my way as soon as I’m done with my customer. I walk in clean place, everything was good. As soon as I ask about my order a grown woman lets the kitchen lady know I was here to pick up. The kitchen lady proceeds to say “No pos no los voy hacer de nuevo porque se tardo media hora en recojer” along with other things. The grown women then tells me this information although I had already heard. I was of course embarrassed because I am aware a sis the around 20 min to pick up. But then the same woman that greeted me proceeds to bash me and say “te llame pero nadie me contestó,” to which I said “Si recibí una llamas pero nadie me contestó y les volví a marcar y no me contestaron” I even showed the call log. She then looks at me straight in the eye and says “pues yo marque y nadie me contestó, ahora tengo que hacerlo denuevo” and I said “okay está bien” as I’m going to sit down and wait both ladies proceed to keep telling me stuff, at this point I’m over it and will not keep hearing them say things after I clearly shows them my intent to contact them ect. I told them “O sabe qué no se preocupe así está bien, gracias” with a firm tone because of course they were doing too much. As I was leaving the lady that greeted me said “No miss, los taquitos frescos.” Ect to which I said “ya no gracias.” And left. Who ever took my order was very nice, those 2 grown women NO. There was a couple eating there which made this even more embarrassing and super unprofessional. Service: 1
