Normally I'm very happy with Latino. The food tastes very tasty and the service was always good. But the last time I ordered I was massively disappointed with the service!! It is an absolute disgrace that if you pay in advance and agree on a fixed delivery time and place in the store, the agreement is not kept! When you ask the owner on the phone, you are repeatedly told off until the next day in an unfriendly tone. A new delivery date was then agreed by telephone. And this appointment was not kept either, half an hour later we called and were told that the delivery would be coming soon. 1(!) hour later the delivery arrived!! You can really lose your appetite. unfortunately it's a shame that the lasagna is sold for 10 euros! This lasagna is bought at Rewe for 1.89 euros. You should really be ashamed of that, because doing it yourself is no art and then charging over 8 euros more... crazy! I know this from a reliable source! A Latino driver was also seen buying loads of lasagna from Rewe. Food: 1
