Had dinner here for the first time ever. Apparently it used to be a good restaurant... not any more. We ordered 3 cuts of steak and wait staff came back to inform that our chosen steaks had just sold out so we went with the 2nd choice, which funnily enough was more expensive. So 2nd choice was 2 steaks and Chicken Mignon. The steak I had was cooked med Rare as requested but that's about as good as it got. Wasn't seasoned at all, contained a huge chunk of gristle. The broccolini was almost raw. The side of cauliflower gratin was basically brown cauliflower (no idea why it wasn't the expected white color, so maybe was old cauliflower) smothered in mozzarella Cheese with a very small amount of what could have passed for white sauce but not seasoned. I ordered a pina colada that wasn't nice and Creamy or pineapply... it was watery and very disappointing. It was served in a very tall glass with no straw and when I requested one, the guy I asked, who seemed like the manager , disappeared and never came back. Had to ask a second guy after 10 minutes or so. Just as our food came out, we saw a dirty great cockroach walking along the wall near the booth tables. Brought it to the attention of the waiter and I think he caught it. The chicken Mignon came out wrapped in almost raw Bacon with a cold apple flavoured sauce, although we were later told this was apricot sauce. Considering we had an entrees of 4 pieces of garlic bread (that seemed like they were the end pieces of a Wonderwhite loaf, instead of a nice Turkish or ciabatta) two steaks, 1 chicken Mignon and 4 drinks, (one of which was so bad my friend couldn't drink more than a few mouthfuls) our bill came to over $220. The food here is way overpriced and not of the quality I expect when dining out. In future I'll stick to my $18 scotch fillet from Coles and have it at home, seasoned and minus the cockroach. Definitely won't be paying for disappointment at latitude 32 again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$60–80 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Unfortunately Latitudes is not what it used to be. The romantic feeling has long gone, replaced by the icy coldness of no heating, winter winds snaking through the restaurant and a stone cold seafood platter. Very disappointing and not worth the high prices. That said, the serving staff that remained from yesteryear managed to provide a small reminder of what Latitudes used to be.

Jason is the most amazing server in the whole world never seen a more hard working friendly worker in my whole life experience definitely deserve a raise ❤️❤️❤️
