We went for an early dinner at 330 on Sunday. The host informed us that it would be a 15-20 minute wait because they only had two servers. We asked if we could be seated understanding there would be a wait and were told initially we couldn't because he only had two servers. It was like he was encouraging us to leave. The restaurant was virtually empty with maybe four tables occupied on the inside and an equal number on the outside. We opted to stay as he finally said he had another server coming in 15 minutes. He then showed us a table where we could wait, which ended up being our table. He never offered us water or anything. The food was okay, the fried shrimp was greasy, not drained well. No one ever told us about happy hour drink/appetizer specials. Very disappointing experience. The manager needs to coach the host that you never turn customers away, you encourage them to stay.
