First time here this weekend seeing comedian Kountry Wayne. Great venue. Intimate setting, not a bad seat in the house. The DJ before the show started was great, nice drink selection as well as nicely priced. Surprised to see so many major names coming here. We will definitely be back.

Never AGAIN! Went to see Cedric the Entertainer so the talent was AMAZING, but this review is for the venue because the comics are going to show up and deliver regardless. OK so we were in the beginning of the line after waiting over an hour to get in and get good seats. When it was time to open the doors they called for people who have paper tickets to come out of line to another door and start another line like it was VIP or something (it wasn't) and they got in before folks that have been camped out for over an hour . Then we get in there and it's literally filling up because of that new line with LATE people who got in first. People were finding their own seats from that second line they started and we were told to wait for server to seat us after watching everybody seat themselves we finally just did the same since we would not have had a seat if we wait it. Then I know they had to turn some people around bc it wasn't enough chairs/room for that line that outside. It was sold out and I'm sure....Oversold! 2 item minimum to order per person when it should be per check. That's just greedy. Then!!! They had some random dude sit down with us three ladies because there was no room and he was blocking the view of one of us and I really had to ask him like are you really just going to sit there AND block the view? NO ONE ASKED or anything. I was just really shocked at every thing the only good part was Cedric the entertainer. They tried giving away free tickets to whatever upcoming events they had and this experience was so terrible for us that I wouldn't even come for free. Shout out to those that believe this place and SERVICE (oh and $8 service charge on ALL orders; GREED) is suitable. Sadly, we still must go to Austin for a decent experience.

This is one if the worst establishments that I have had the misfortune of visiting. The place is extremely small with over packed tables just to sell tickets. Tables are so close together that no one was able to move. The waiters could not even get to the customers. The so called aisle was so narrow that the waiters were bumping into the customers and spilling drinks on them. Took extremely long for the waiters to bring out food and drinks. They often forgot part of the order. The hot wings I ordered were cold and all of that is not even the worst part! When we first got there, there were no more seats left and the hostess told me and my sister that we will have to stand. Then this big, Black, bald headed man says you'll have to sit in two different areas and when I declined to stand and sit separately he proceeded to get an attitude and say "well you should have gotten here early! You see all these people in here!" I'm like wtf! What business world day something like that to a paying customer. Long story short the girl finally found us a seat in the corner by the door, directly underneath the loud ass speaker. And people wonder why Black people don't support Black owned businesses. Step up your damn customer service and learn how to run a business. Save your money people and go elsewhere to see your favorite comedians. I would have been better off staying at home binge watching my favorite tv show, eating good hot food, with space to breathe!
