A dishonest practice. The very friendly older lady at the checkout who informs you that your purchase comes with a free gift bag..great. you leave the store and further check your bill, a charge of $2.49..... meh she was dishonest but hey you don't make a story for $2.49. But no, it's a recurring dishonest practice, today, December 13, 2023, she charges me another $2.49 for the gift bag but this time she doesn't say anything, she charges me hoping that I won't see it. ...I was waiting for it. I had it removed....so check what it charges you, it seems to be a recurring dishonest practice at this place. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I paid $7.45, the guy just gave me “2 scoops”, which literally equals to 1 scoop. I asked this is not 2, he says: it is. And it is already melted! I have always come to buy the super kid ice cream, but

Absolute waste of money. Bought 2 scoops of soggy ice cream IN CUPS for $10.33!!! Please, read that again -- over ten bucks for garbage ice cream! They did something to the flavours, they no longer taste like they used to especially the chocolate mint and superkid. Also, what's with the half scoops? The guy serving us was beyond stingy, like calculating how little he can get away with scooping. This is the last time Laura Secord, thanks for absolutely draining the joy out of the experience.
