Dear Mr. Fokin, we thank you for the time you dedicated to write a review. We are very sorry your experience was not positive. Your opinion is very personal, considering all the other reviews we received, if all the dishes we served you did not satisfied your taste maybe the problem is with the Italian cuisine: we serve high quality Italian cuisine; every dish is prepared in a very specific way and we really pay attention on the quality of the dishes we served. Many times, I personally asked you if you were enjoying your dinner, and you always said everything was ok and afterward you write this review… Of course the communication was a big issue (the majority of you did not speak any Italian or English), if there was a problem with the dish we could have changed it or try to arrange it according to your taste, we grilled the tender roasted veal but of course if you overcooked veal it gets very hard. Experiencing a new restaurant and a new cuisine (Italian) I would suggest you to let us guide you through this experience, when you want to change the preparation of a dish it always modify the entire perception of it! It is a pity in your review you never mention the incredible view of the lake that you could enjoy from your table, and the waiter kindness that saw your disappointed but, even if he tried many times, could not even try to satisfy your need because for you was always everything ok!
