Le Faux Show at Julia’s on Broadway

Hi Alivia, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry your steak wasn't prepared to your expectations; we'll address that with our kitchen. As for the show, enjoying a particular creative style is completely subjective, so we respect that. However, we do want to correct the record: stating that "95% of the songs were AI" isn't accurate. Our productions are the result of months of work performers, choreography, costume design, lighting, video, and original music created specifically for our shows. Like many productions today, we use a range of creative tools, but the show itself is the product of real human creativity and collaboration. We're glad our staff took good care of you, and we wish you and your group the best.

Hi Andrew, thank you for visiting and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations. Our goal at Le Faux Seattle is to create a fun night out where guests enjoy a full Seattle drag show dinner theater experience with food, drinks, and live entertainment. For clarity for future guests, your group was not charged a linen fee. We reviewed the receipt with management and that charge does not appear. Normal stains and spills are expected in a dinner theater environment and we do not charge guests for that. Regarding tipping performers, guests are offered the option to purchase Le Faux Bucks at check-in to tip the cast during the show. This is completely optional, and guests are informed at that time that participation is not required. After your group contacted management requesting a refund for four drinks, we also reviewed the receipt with our bar team and confirmed the beverages were prepared and delivered to the table. We appreciate you visiting and we will share your feedback with our team as we continue working to improve the guest experience at Le Faux Seattle.
