Disastrous service, endless waiting for the dishes (1 hour for the starters and another hour waiting for the main courses) and the quantity of the accompaniment is ridiculous for the spatula. No apologies from staff despite our complaints. We do not recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €40–50 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Unfortunately very bad experience for the Brunch: fruit salad which had gone bad, missing ingredients (potatoes replaced by mushrooms, eggs with bacon without bacon and they are served without saying anything - in case we don't notice anything ). Cold meats: only mortadella. Cheese: only brie. And all, mixed with the mixed salad. So not pleasant for a vegetarian like me... Everything could have "passed" if we had been warned, listened to and heard. But when we complained about the fruit salad, we were told: it's fresh from this morning. No excuses, no commercial gesture. When we sent the eggs back without bacon, they came back with a slice of rosette. Without asking if it was suitable and without any commercial gesture. In short, we tried to express ourselves directly but not having been listened to and not having received any commercial gesture, we are expressing ourselves here so that you don't get fooled. Madam, We sincerely regret your disappointment and rest assured that we would have …Madam, We sincerely regret your disappointment and rest assured that we would have preferred to see you leave with a smile and satisfied with your family time. There were obviously some hiccups and we apologize. Some missing ingredients you are right. Regarding the fruit salad, after discussing with the kitchen which had prepared this one that morning, it is certain citrus fruits which give too much acidity but we assure you that the salad could not have gone bad. In any case, if by chance you agree to come back and form a new opinion, specifying that you are vegetarian, we would not fail to make a commercial gesture. Agree despite everything that the experience at the Parvis deserved better than a star which we consider very harsh. Respectfully The director of the ParvisMore
