I had such a great experience at Le Rond in Miami Beach! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Felipe, who took amazing care of us. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our lunch. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about giving great service, and Felipe definitely does. Great food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be coming back. I’ve been coming to Le Rond since the beginning, and it used to be one of my favorite burger spots in Miami. Back when they used bread from Caracas Bakery, the burgers were honestly amazing — the flavor was perfectly balanced, and you could really tell they cared about quality. I also appreciated that they didn’t use vegetable oils and cooked with beef tallow, which made a noticeable difference. Parking has always been a bit of a struggle in the area, but it was worth it for the food. Recently though, things have changed. Ever since they switched the bread, the flavor just isn’t the same. It completely changed the overall taste of the burger, and not in a good way. It feels like the quality went down compared to how it used to be. That said, the service has always been great — Gonzalo and Andres are amazing waiters and really elevate the experience. I’ve also heard they might be changing their waiter system, which is a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s still a decent spot, but it doesn’t hit the same as before. I used to be a frequent customer of this place. I loved their burgers — they had artisan bread and made their own sauces. Today I came back and discovered they changed everything: cheaper buns, lower-quality meat that honestly feels like it comes from US Foods, and the worst part, they now use Heinz mayonnaise. On top of that, everything is served in disposable plates and cups. To make it worse, prices went up almost 15%. It’s really disappointing when places stop caring about quality and choose cost-cutting over the customer experience. At this point, I’d rather recommend McDonald’s — this place is no longer special. We want to assure you that none of the recent changes were made to lower the quality of our food. Our beef and core ingredients remain the same, and our burgers are still cooked with beef tallow, just as before. The bun change was made to improve consistency and freshness, since the previous artisan bread had a very short shelf life. Our transition to a more fast-casual model is focused on creating a smoother and better overall experience not cutting corners.
