Le Toucan - Tapas Levantine

Thank you, Joe, for your feedback. The €30 menu includes all the tapas from the menu, but they cannot be shared between two people. That means one menu is intended for one person. Since you wanted to share one menu between two, the portion could not be divided. This is what I explained to you, and that's why I suggested that you each take one menu per person. However, if you wanted to share and make it more convenient, you simply needed to order tapas from the à la carte menu. This is what you ended up doing in the end. I believe the French people around the table understood, and it's unfortunate that I wasn’t clear enough. It's a shame you didn't take the time to mention that I offered you the dessert at the end.
