I ordered knefah and I received the package but it was warm, I contacted them and spoke to lisa who is very nice and helpful, she offered me a replacement.I just received the package and it was packed perfectly and still frozen.I really appreciate the customer service response and especially Lisa.

My experience was terrible and deeply disappointing. The staff there do not know how to deal with customers; they were very rude. We were a group of seven who had traveled a long distance—a three-hour drive—to get there. When we asked where the restroom was, they mockingly told us there wasn't one on the premises. Consequently, we didn't order anything. This implies a lack of cleanliness and proper hygiene standards; If they were lying, it reflects poorly on the owner's business. This took place on Saturday, August 8, 2026.
