Super charming couple, very nice and helpful, very clean room, housekeeping done every day, cute, spacious with a baby, restaurant, quality products, the owner cooks super well, good specialty from the north and Champsaur, hearty breakfast and lovely quality, with our baby to heat his meal well done and thank you Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

Our family stay from February 24 to 26, 2023 at the Hôtel Les Fauvettes was a real nightmare! Our experience was unfortunately very disappointing. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted in an extremely unfriendly and cold manner which set a negative tone for the rest of our stay. The half board, which was supposed to be a strong point, turned out to be quite the opposite. The dishes served locally seemed to be made from frozen ingredients, which significantly affected the quality of the food. We expected local quality cuisine but unfortunately this was not reflected in our meals. Another problematic point was the non-existent soundproofing of the rooms. The doors appear to be made of cardboard, which meant that every noise from the stairs up to the bar was clearly audible in our room. This greatly disrupted our peace. The only positive aspect was the proximity to the resort, but unfortunately we felt like the hotel was taking advantage and taking advantage of this rather than providing a quality experience for guests. In summary, our stay at the Hôtel des Fauvettes was a total disappointment, mainly due to the unpleasant welcome, the poor quality of the half-board and the lack of soundproofing. We hope that this feedback will be taken into account to improve services and overall customer experience in the future. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3
