Peter we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, though we do want to address a few points directly. We are a small, locally owned business, and many of our employees are high school students who are working their first jobs. We value giving young people the opportunity to learn responsibility, work ethic, and customer service in a real-world environment. That said, publicly tearing down individual employees especially minors on a review platform is disappointing. If there were issues during your visit, we would have strongly preferred you bring them directly to us at the time or reach out privately afterward. We are always willing to listen, correct mistakes, and make things right when given the opportunity. Posting personal attacks online does not help small businesses improve, and it contributes to why so many locally owned spots are struggling to keep their doors open. We take cleanliness and food safety extremely seriously, and any concern regarding that will always be addressed internally. However, we stand by our team and the effort they put in every day under challenging circumstances. We truly appreciate the customers who support small businesses and communicate concerns directly so they can be resolved respectfully and constructively. If you’d still like to discuss this with us privately, our door is always open.
