So nice to get an actual cappuccino! The avocado toast was delicious (though the onions were a little too big). Service was great. Only complaint is the atmosphere was a little dark and grungy for my taste but didn't seem to bother others.

Easily the best coffee shop in riverside. Possibly even the entire inland empire. Coffee is top notch. Their monthly flavors are amazing, especially since they make their own foams and syrups in house. Food is decent. Atmosphere is fantastic. Very chill, great for working. Amazing music choice (i don't need to wear headphones here). Baristas are always friendly. I probably spend more time here working than I do my college or room. If i could give more than 5 stars I would. They also roast their own beans here. They have the literal best london fog i've ever had. Nothing comes close. Unfortunately i am graduating and moving away so I won't be able to go here anymore. If I could take this entire shop with me wherever I went I would. Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you live in Riverside and are looking for a good cup of coffee, I would NOT recommend this place. I didn’t like anything about my experience during my first (and last) visit here. Ordering was chaotic and slow. The atmosphere was very dark and cramped with lots of people working on laptops hogging all the tables, leaving little space for people who were actually there to socialize and enjoy their coffee. The coffee itself was not bad, but not amazing enough to warrant putting up with the other list of negatives. Honestly, without sugar my latte tasted a little bit like dishwater? Very weak flavor for sure. Low acidity though, so I’ll hand it to them there. Overall, Lift Coffee Roasters is definitely not it.
