I like the location and the food we got was good. However our pickup order was missing items and we didn’t notice until we got home 20 min away Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2

Placed an order on line at 5 pm. App said order was ready at 5:20pm. Went through drive through.... order was not ready... 10min later I went in to the store order still wasn't ready. Then at 5:30 I was told by an employee my order was in the oven. They had to remake my order... Food was good!! And they apologize many times. However my order was still incorrect. Food was good! If they could have told me "Im sorry we missed your order or we need to remake your order" I think I would have been more understanding. I was disappointed with the employees not telling me my order was misplaced or delayed. The app was incorrect and if the employees would have told me it was incorrect and they was working on it maybe offered a coupon or something. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I visited the new Little Caesars location in Hernando last week and went through the drive-thru. I’ll admit, I was a little caught off guard by the process they had me pull around and park, which I wasn’t expecting. That said, the pizza was absolutely worth the wait. Honestly, it was probably the best Little Caesars pizza I’ve had in the past 10 years hot, fresh, and made just right. I had pretty much given up on the brand, but decided to give this new location a try on a whim, and I’m glad I did. This experience completely changed my perspective, and I’ll definitely be back again soon. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
