I would prefer to pay the high price for MR.JIMS over the customer service I receive from here. On multiple occasions it's something like today my address won't appear for delivery, I stay near but don't want to pack up the kids to go get the pizza and all they can say is nothing I can do about it , instead of trying to help figure out the problem and they are always rushing u on the phone Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m writing this review in the hope that the franchise owner will take a moment to evaluate how situations like this are handled at this location. My wife ordered two pizzas, and when she got home we realized that one of them was incorrect. She called the store and the employee told her to come back and pick up the correct pizza and that she did not need to bring the original one back. When she arrived at the store, however, the manager told the employee that she needed to bring the original pizza back in order to receive the replacement. This created confusion because the instructions given over the phone were completely different. My wife called me, and I went to the store with what remained of the pizza. I explained to the manager that when a mistake happens and the employee has already given the customer clear instructions, the best approach is usually to honor it and resolve the issue quickly. The manager stated that he was simply following policy. At that point I left the remaining pizza there and told him to keep it. Unfortunately, the situation had already ruined our dinner plans. We ended up going to Papa John’s instead. Interestingly, while ordering there, their system had an issue and I couldn’t pay with my phone. The employee told us to take the pizza home and simply come back later with our credit card to pay. That small gesture of trust made a big impression and showed what great customer service looks like. Mistakes happen in every business, but how they are handled is what defines the customer experience. I hope the ownership team reviews situations like this and considers empowering managers to resolve simple issues in a more customer-focused way. If the owner is interested in more details, my wife did record a video during the interaction and I would be happy to share it. Service: 1

Big fan of little caesars here(college student). The taste of the pizza is good, but the location lacks. I normally order off of the little caesars app at least once if not 2-3 times a week. When you order off the app they are supposed to send you an alert to notify that your pizza is ready. This location does not seem to belief in that system. Never get an alert until about 10 minutes I go into the store and get my pizza. This is not a phone issue. Have tried off of 2 phones.Today when I went in to get an extra most bestest pepperoni, they did not have it hot and ready. This was at 12:05 pm. Had to wait about 7-8 minutes. This may not seem like a long time but I only get a 30 minute lunch break. They should have the pizza hot and ready or otherwise advertise "Hot and almost Ready". 2 stars for as good as a little caesars pizza can get. If I wasnt on a budget I'd eat somewhere else.
