Took the time to order made to order pizzas and not get the hot and ready ones that always seem like they been there hours and ended up getting pizzas that looked like they were made hours ago. Both Perris Locations have a definite problem with serving fresh food and making decent looking pizzas. One can easily blame the workers, but this issue has been getting worse through the years, so it is safe to say it's a Management and Upper Management issue. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

April 22, 2026 from 8:00pm-8:45pm the employee at the counter was not responsive and was visibly spacing out. I had 2 orders for doordash pickup that were marked ready but I had to wait 17 minutes to receive them. I had to ask 4 times to 4 different employees, not just the 1 at the counter. When I did receive 1 of the orders, it was wrong. I arrived again at 8:35pm for another order. The same counter employee, short lady with glasses on the drive thru headset, was dismissive and didn't even ask to take orders from customers waiting in line. It wasnt until I went to the front of the line to ask for the delivery order did she finally want to take customers. Please train your employees to at least say, "welcome, we'll be right with you." Instead of completely ignoring. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Awful service. Placed an order online for future pick-up and it was not ready when it said. The staff are rude and incompetent. I asked about my order and they lie and say it will be about 10 minutes, despite already having been about half an hour. I check back in 10 minutes and it's still not ready. When it finally was ready, they didn't send an email confirmation like they said they would, the pizza wasn't placed in the portal like it was supposed to be, and they don't even have the courtesy to call out a name to let you know your order is ready. I had to go back and check to see if my food was finally ready. I guess it's the customer's job to do the employee's jobs too around here. And don't forget this is just Little Caesars pizza, not some really good pizza joint. Absolutely not worth the wait. Don't give them your service; they don't deserve it. Let this mediocre business with mediocre food fail. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway
