I ordered ahead but when I showed up there was no name listed on the pizza portal. I ended up waiting in line to get my order. It was in the pizza portal! Why have the thing if they refuse to use it correctly? I waited 15 min for something i could've grabbed myself. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Saw a commercial for the 4 in 1 sticks and thought it looked good. Pepperoni, cheese, jalapeno, bacon. So I ordered online and went to go pick it up. I was greeted by a 5 person deep line, they aren't using the self pickup oven. I was finally met by a rude female employee coming from the washroom asking for my name and order. I showed her my phone for the receipt. She proceeds to take my phone into the back with her without saying a word back. She brings the phone back and tells me it'll be a minute. So I finally receive my order and return home. Instead of bacon, they loaded nasty pink ham on one part, green peppers instead of jalapenos on another. The whole thing was inedible. I was looking forward to how it looked on TV. What a shame when someone purposely sabotages a family dinner. I'll be contacting corporate after this, someone should be fired. Complete fail all around on Little Caesars part. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to the Little Caesars pizza place and I was going to get the pretzel crust. The pencil cost was wonderful I will cherish that as long as they will keep it on the menu. In my mind that was one of the best crusts I have ever eaten in any pizza place. When I got there I noticed that there were a number of people and they were waiting to get their pizzas just like I did and the wait was a very short time. I really enjoyed the pretzel crust and as long as they have it I will eat it. It gets a 4-star for that crossed as an exceptional item on their menu. hey hey Little Caesars pizza place is fantastic.
