Place an order over the phone for a custom deep dish pizza. 2 crazy bread with extra parm and butter and 1 order of plain wings. They charged my husband for the wrong order. Called them to let them know that they messed it up and that i wanted a refund and my correct order. They assured me they would fix it. Surprise surprise they didn’t fix the order on top of that the food was cold and the crazy bread was completely plain. No cheese or butter. Just plain crazy bread. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is great, never had a little Cesar’s that was bad. However, anytime I order from this particular place the pizza seems to but cut poorly. For example, when I try to take a slice it won’t come off easily and it’ll tear off piece of pizza from the one next to it. Almost as if the pizza cutter has been being lazier. In conclusion, pizza and breadsticks are exquisite and a gem to the La Sierra area, but the way it’s cut makes all the difference because I’d like to eat my pizza slice without having to have half of another slice stuck to it due to poor pizza slicing on the workers behalf. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Worst little Caesars pizza, ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza, the sausage was just thrown in the middle of the pizza not spaced out and sprinkled around the pizza evenly. With the same order I had Italian cheese bread the manager gave mine to another customer and had to wait 30mins longer. 45min total. This isn't the first time this store has messed up an order. This is why I usually go to the McKinley store. Waaaay better service.
