First time ever trying Little Caesars after being a long-time Domino’s and Pizza Hut customer. I was actually excited because the brand has strong marketing and reputation. Unfortunately, this specific experience was disappointing. I asked for jalapeños on the side because I wanted to keep the pizza mild for my kids but add spice for myself. I even offered to pay for them separately or buy something else (like a drink or ranch), but I was repeatedly refused with no real effort to help. On top of that, the pizza itself was not what I expected at all. Honestly, I was at a Chuck E. Cheese party last week and even their pizza was better than this one, which really surprised me. One who rarely ever has a complaint this issue wasn’t just the food being less than expected —it was the customer service lack of care, disrespectful attitude towards my wife and the initial call was made as a pick up with the request of making it ready for the time of our arrival get pizza seemed like it was Made immediatelysitting there for at least 20 minutes My question is: is this particular franchise in POUGHKEEPSIE NY considered a highly rated Little Caesars location? Because if this is the standard experience here, I honestly don’t see myself returning, but I also find it hard to believe this represents the brand overall. This was my first time having Little Caesars Pizza! I placed a pick up order and received and email with an order tracker. The pizza was done right on time as the tracker said! It has a very very tight parking lot that is a bit hectic to navigate and it’s in a slightly sketch area (I was there late in the evening) So that may be something to take into consider. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The customer service here is horrible extremely rude and unprofessional.... and they speak horribly to be when they can barley speak English.. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
