Hello Hope all is well over there, Yesterday I had the pleasure of going to one of your stores I live in Newcastle Colorado there are no Little Caesars around there so I drove all the way down to your store in rifle Colorado, this is the first time I've ever experienced anything like this with your store, I tried to call in my order early but the phone was ignored as we do not have internet access nor any cell phone access from Newcastle Colorado to rifle I tried again when I was able to get cell phone to service again the phone was ignored. I finally reached your store and it is full of people, they were all helped rather fast at first, but these kids were ignoring the phone completely, you're ordering service online is not easy to use, also you think that you would be able to have anyone answer your phone, not only was this one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with your store I ordered two large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, I was in the store numerous amount of times and I know that this little boy knew that I was in the store and that I had ordered the meal, he had held up the entire store and did not even look old enough to be running the store and if he was running the store you need a different manager, not only was he not very nice, my food was definitely cold by the time that I actually had to ask for the third time for it, I waited over 25 minutes, and was very calm the whole time, I finally reached my house to eat, my food was not even cooked all the way. Though this was a terrible experience for me because I actually enjoy your pizza, I was still continue to go to your store I hope the next time I go though I have a way better experience, then this one. Why does this location never have hot and ready pizza?!?! Is that not what little Caesars is known for?? Also it's called crazy bread, it's supposed to have a crazy amount of butter and parmasan cheese! I hate that it's literally dry bread stick every time!! Worst little Caesars ever!! Also they can't count back!! I gave exact change and she gave me change back....

I have been to Little Caesars Pizza on Rifle, Colorado twice. 1st time I ordered 1 hot and ready and it wasnt ready. I waited about 15min. Today I went again and Ordered a Pepperoni Stuffed Crust Pizza. After I paid, then told me it would take 20min. I left and came back 20min later and as soon as I got in the car I tried to pick up a slice and it all came apart. The crust was the only thing I could pick up and the rest on the slice was stuck to the cardboard box. It wasnt only one slice, it was the whole pizza. It looked like the dough was too thin and it was melting into the box. My boyfriend went back inside and the girl told him that he would have to wait another 20min so they can make a new one. Instead my boyfriend told her to just get him a hot and ready and she did but I had paid more for the other pizza. We did not get a refund on it and she just swapped the pizza. She did apologize.
