After reading some reviews, it's exactly what I expected, except better! I ordered the halo halo. If you've never had halo halo before, it's a must try treat! It is ice cream, water ice and fruit salad candy all in one. Ordered the sisig to go, because you can never go wrong with sisig. Had to take it to go because I ate (foolishly) before coming to this establishment. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Get the halo halo! Dietary restrictions: If you have an aversion to yumminess, stay away! Only friends of yumminess allowed.

A Baton Rouge hidden gem!!!!!! Little Kitchen was a perfect experience - the people working were kind and caring, brought us free water bottles, and checked in on how we were enjoying our meals. They provided some great recommendations when we were unsure what to order and the food was delicious - the karekare was possibly one of the best meals I've ever had. The halo-halo was also such a fun treat to try!! They also have a lovely outdoor but covered dining area so we could sit and enjoy our meal there. I loved Little Kitchen so much and I will certainly be back!! It was a great place to stop with my family while they were in town visiting. I discovered Little Kitchen a couple months ago, but hadn't the time to give them a try. I recently did, and it was outstanding! I used to live in the Philippines and love Filipino food, and this was like being back there. I'll be back and if you want to try some authentic Filipino food, you won't be disappointed.
