Not a great experience. The cashier was so inconsiderate. While we are enjoying the ambience we forgot to give the senior ID of my mom, we gave it to the cashier (named Michaela as shown in the receipt) while the food is still not prepared. But she refused to give the discount telling they can’t cancel. We are also cashiers and we can do cancellation/void especially when the food is still not prepared, even in groceries/supermarkets can do that simple voiding. She just simply said “next time mam”. Well, having this kind of experience definitely don’t deserve a “next time visit”. Then we asked the receipt to the other girl who was far kinder than her and always smiling, she called her to tell that we are asking the receipt and she said, YES??? Yes your face. Kuddos to you Ate Girl We didn’t prolonged it since it’s about to rain and we’re by motorcycle only, so we left. Hope this goes to the attention of the Admin/Owner. Not an enjoyable one especially when you wanna take your senior parents outside. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₱1,000–1,500 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
