Really enjoyed my experience at Little Sheep Hot Pot! The broth was flavorful and comforting, and there was a great variety of fresh meats, vegetables, and other ingredients to choose from. Everything tasted fresh, and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a great place to go with friends or family, especially if you love hot pot. Would definitely come back! > Good news for anyone who never knows what to eat whenever you visit American Dream! > The Little Sheep (Little Sheep Hot Pot) here at AD is ridiculously good—way beyond expectations. It totally beats out Chongqing Lao Zhao and Er Huo Guo. > I get it now: when it comes to hot pot, keeping it simple is key. Ingredients are everything. > First off, the sesame paste is top-tier—not the watered-down kind, but super rich and fragrant. > And the color on this short rib is just gorgeous. It’s so tender with that rich, milky flavor in every bite. A absolute MUST-order!!! > We also ordered the spicy beef (Mala Beef). It instantly gave me that raw, gritty, authentic street-vibe of having hot pot late at night on the roadside in Chengdu. > For tripe, you can choose between black and white; I got the black tripe, and it was super crisp and snappy. > The wide glass noodles were perfectly soft and chewy, and the mushroom platter had a huge variety—so deeply satisfying. > We went with a split pot: Golden Soup and Spicy. The Golden Soup actually surprised me—it has that tangy Guizhou sour soup profile. Vinegar/sour lovers, unite! > As for the spicy pot, it didn’t turn bitter as it boiled down, which proves they didn't use cheap additives or artificial tricks. > The ambiance surprisingly feels like fine dining, and you don't end up smelling like hot pot at all. It's such a nice spot to sit back, chat, and take your time eating. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

Home nostalgic taste that instantly warms you up!We enjoyed it so much at Little Sheep Hot Pot & Bar in American Dream. The space feels spacious and slightly upscale, with attentive service and fresh ingredients. The tomato and mushroom split broth was the perfect balance of bright and rich. The lamb was tender with no gamey taste, the shrimp paste was bouncy, and the salted egg yolk fish balls were packed with flavor. Would definitely recommend.
