We have been told multiple times and by multiple people to try this place. They weren’t wrong- everything was delicious and the quality of the fish was 5 Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Unbelievable experience! Four family members and a baby who didn't eat went to Little Tokyo to eat. Once the family reviewed the ticket, they were charged a gratuity tip of $17. They asked why they were charged a gratuity tip. The owner stated he charged a gratuity tip because he didn't think they would leave anything. The policy states if five orders within a party, a gratuity tip is added. Only four orders were placed. I was told not to go there because of others experiencing issues with the owner. Several guests were at the other table, eating and witnessing what had happened. They also agreed that the owner was wrong and heard of mistreating others and would not be eating there again. It is the principle of adding the tip and statement that was made profiling the customer. The owner stated that they were right, but he would not remove the gratuity tip. Your thoughts? I am sure it will be a very unprofessional and rude response that will describe his attitude and behavior toward the great citizens of MS. really ， you need to go ichiban to eat once see how they charge the tip，all you complain is $17 tip？tip is appreciate the server。 i dont think you appreciate anyhing。 our restaurant Again 5 people gratuity， ichiban restaurant 1 poeple gratuity。and that the restaurant policy， nothing to do with state，and several guests at the same table they did tip。
