Had a wonderful lunch with my mom at the BEST diner in the cutest old town area of Coppell. I highly encourage y’all to check it out. The owners are amazing and greet each customer personally and actually clear tables help run food, etc. They make you feel like part of the family and right at home. Their food is DELICIOUS and the place is adorable!! #LocalDinerCoppell Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time in today! Loved the decor (would have liked music to match the decor though... If you're gonna be a 50's themed restaurant, go all in!!!) Food was delicious, my eggs were a little overcooked, but everything else was perfect! Tried a wafflette for the first time ever. It was delicious, and super sweet (gonna have to burn off the sugar high...LOL) Service was WONDERFUL! Everything came out quickly and accurately. My to go order was done just as I had asked, so special KUDOS for that! I'll definitely be going back!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My husband and I are visiting from California. We had a delicious breakfast at the Local Diner. I had a Wafflette, egg and bacon. The maple syrup was served warm which is a big plus in my book. My husband had Corned beef hash. I had an Arnold Palmer to drink and it was made with fresh squeezed lemons and had a whole lemon (cut in half) included in the extra large cup. My husband had a chocolate milk shake and he enjoyed it. The service was excellent. The waitress Angel was very nice. The owner came to the table and met us and he was very friendly and personable. The diner itself is very cute and quaint and is a perfect blast from the past. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend the Local Diner for travelers and locals. Meal type: Breakfast
