We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your experience with us. We’ll definitely be looking into the points you’ve raised and will pass your feedback regarding the iced mocha directly to our Chocolate Bar kitchen.Regarding the number of kitchens operating, I’d like to reassure you that all 12 of our kitchens are currently open and operating. We’re therefore sorry to hear that your experience gave you the impression that only four or five kitchens were operating. We’d be very interested to understand what led to this impression, as this certainly isn’t reflective of the current offering at the food hall.The only kitchen mentioned in your review that is no longer operating with us is Lakshmi, as they are no longer part of the food hall. We do have an exciting new cuisine joining us soon.We sincerely apologise that Lakshmi was still being advertised on our indoor TV, as this understandably caused confusion. We’ll be looking into this immediately and making sure the outdated advertising is removed.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
