I visited Hyderabad to London – Authentic Hyderabadi Cuisine today with my friends and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We ordered 3 plates of regular mutton mandi. We ate the rice, but the mutton pieces had a very strong and unpleasant smell (TO BAD), so we could not eat the mutton. We informed the staff and returned the mutton pieces. After an adjustment, we were charged £23 in total. Although we appreciate that an adjustment was made, it was still disappointing to pay £23 for a meal where we could not eat the main part of the dish. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that I had visited the restaurant just 3 days ago and really enjoyed the mutton biryani. Because of that positive experience, I recommended the restaurant to my friends and brought them with me today. Unfortunately, today’s experience was completely different and very disappointing. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and pays more attention to the quality and preparation of the meat. I expected much better based on my previous experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the mutton mandi based on today’s experience. This place is something truly special. Not just because of the food, but because of the feeling it gives you every time you visit. I came back again this week after my last visit, and honestly, it was just as amazing. As a vegetarian, the paneer tikka and paneer biryani are absolute favourites. The flavours take me straight back home to India. Every bite feels comforting, authentic, and made with care. What I love most about the biryani is the attention to detail. You can actually see and taste the whole spices, crunchy chillies, curry leaves, cloves, and aromatic masalas throughout the dish. Nothing feels artificial or rushed. The flavours are rich, balanced, and full of character. It reminds me of the kind of food you would enjoy with family back home. What makes this place even more special is the people. Rakhshanda, the manager, leads with so much warmth and care. Isha and Swastika are wonderful too. Their kindness, genuine smiles, and the way they make everyone feel welcome create an experience that goes far beyond the food. You walk in for a meal, but you leave with happiness. I feel incredibly lucky to have Hyderabad to London here in London. It’s become one of my favourite places, and I find myself coming back almost every week. Thank you for bringing a taste of home to London. Highly recommended. Whether you’re missing the flavours of home or simply looking for great Indian food, Hyderabad to London is a place you’ll want to return to again and again.
