“BOLDLY seasoned” equals inedible steak. This was one of my favorite restaurants over the years. It has been a year since I’ve been in due to the pandemic. I ordered my favorite, Flo’s filet and a baked potato with Brussels sprouts. My friend ordered the ribeye. Both steaks were completely crusted with black pepper. We both found them horribly over seasoned. We told the waitress and her only response was, “yes, our steaks are boldly seasoned”. She did not offer to take them back and exchange or anything. She just hurried away. I then addressed the issue with the manager and he said, “huh!” No adjustment on the bill or offer to bring my friend another steak. I ate mine by burying each bite in baked potato as I hadn’t eaten all day. My friend left hers there with a tip that wasn’t deserved. A side not, the restaurant was filthy. Food and paper bits on the floor everywhere and no tissue in a dirty bathroom. The only reason I gave it a star was because the bread was still good and saved me from the steak. I am so sick today, that I am on liquid diet. I won’t be back.

We like LongHorn Steakhouse. The service was very good and timely. The food was very tasty, but the steak was a bit salty. I woke puffy the next morning due to the salt and only ate 1/2 of the filet. If you are salt tolerant, it is well worth the dining.

Worst steak house I've ever been to. The cook puts sea salt on your food. If you like tons of sea salt on your food. Then this is your place. The manager only wanted to take 25 percent off. Had to negotiate to get half off and order that can't be eaten. Will never go back.
