Stayed at the hotel recently so took advatage of using Lords Pub for a evening drink. It's a nice, spacious bar with quite reasonably priced drinks (for Muscat)- a selection of imported lagers and spirits and a cocktail list. Being on the 8th floor there's a lovely panoramic view especially at sunset. The Bollywood party (Thursday) was fun too. And the service we received from Rissa amd all the other members of staff was very courteous and professional. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent visit to your bar. We ordered a Caesar salad and fried calamari. The salad was acceptable, but unfortunately, the calamari was both burnt and undercooked, with an unpleasant smell. In addition, the order took quite a long time to arrive, even though we were the only guests at the bar at that time. No staff member checked on us or asked about the quality of the food, and we had to call a waiter ourselves just to follow up on our order. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially as it was my first time visiting. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration and improve your service and food quality.
