We came to this restaurant with friends who were visiting us from New York, and we had a wonderful experience. Our server, Jazmina, welcomed us warmly and gave us a great overview of the menu and the different dishes. We were unsure what to order, so we asked for her recommendations, and we decided to follow her suggestions. Everything was absolutely delicious! The food arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Jazmina provided excellent service throughout our visit. She was very professional and attentive. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered the steak fajita burrito, and it had almost no flavor whatsoever. The steak was bland, the fillings tasted like they were missing any seasoning, and the whole burrito ended up being pretty disgusting. If you’ve ever had a good burrito in your life, you will be very dissatisfied with how gross this one is. I couldn’t even finish it. The service didn’t make things any better. We had to wait far too long every time we needed a drink refill, even though the restaurant wasn’t overly busy. On top of that, our server came across as having the fakest smile imaginable. It felt forced, and the customer service didn’t seem genuine or welcoming at all. Instead of feeling taken care of, it felt like we were an inconvenience. Overall, between the flavorless food, slow refills, and poor customer service, this was a very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend it.
