Had the worst experience a couple weeks ago with a young female who made our drinks wrong and seemed very frustrated. She was very short with me and I had no idea what I did. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day. (The other gentleman made it right, thank you for your kindness) We usually visit this place on a regular basis. We went back again when they had just gotten a new machine. The coffee was not the same and the presentation was a glob of foam. We figured they were trying to figure out the machine. This morning at 8:30am we decided to give it another chance and went to have coffee. The young female was there again and yelled my name to pick our coffee. I went to pick up our coffee and started walking away when she said, “you’re welcome” with an attitude! I didn’t say anything and just walked away. First of all, I do not need to thank you for spending $34 dollars of my hard earned money every time I visit. I don’t appreciate your attitude and you make the experience not worth wanting to come back. I guarantee you we spend a good amount of money there with our friends and family and we just might be done. This is very disappointing. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $30–40

It’s a coffee house that comes with a “dog friendly” moniker… unfortunately the county does not allow dogs inside where food is served, so a dog bowl of water does not constitute dog friendly, IMO. It’s not the fault of Lost Coffee. The coffee is good… $3.30 worth for a standard coffee, however I spent $5 something and think it is quite a bit to spend. The lack of ease to find Lost - makes this nice cafe a circuitous path to get to, coming from the South on Broadway. It’s clean, very ample seating, great coffee, nice employees, warm… it’s certainly better than Star***s… for certain! Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
