The good :: Really inexpensive but such delicious dumplings. I've brought them to parties before, I would order them all the time. Stay away from the dishes catered to the neighborhood's less adventurous crowd, and go for the authentic dishes. The owners are very nice as well. Definately order for takeout as the place is not great looking.
The bad :: Unfotunately I've had to blacklist the place after finding larvae in my rice. I do feel bad bringing this up, as I do wish them well, but the place is not clean.
Finally some truly authentic Chinese food. The best I've had. No other restaurant comes close.

Best kept (Chinese) secret in Montreal. The decor is terrible, but the food in amazing. Best Chinese food I've had by far. It seems to be mainly Asian people that eat there. I haven't tried a lot of items...as I keep going back for what I'm addicted to: the fried rice, scrambled eggs with tomato, seaweed salad, and lamb noodle soup. You can get a small soup for $7 and it's more than enough. The noodles are hand made. Hand made dumplings are great as well...but if you have to try anything make it the lamb soup.
