The location here is great. That’s about it. We didn’t eat, but we saw some other plates. Not impressive. Drinks were basic, prices on the higher side. My guess is that they are surviving on one-time cruise ship customers with the view. Great view but find a place on the Caldera that doesn’t have one. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

My friend and I enjoyed a delicious meal at Louis Family Restaurant. The service was stellar and the food was absolutely delicious! The wine and sangria were also really good. Charming rooftop restaurant with warm service and a spectacular view. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €15–20 Vegetarian options: Yes, likely Dietary restrictions: Yes, likely

Location is fine, atmosphere is bad especially because of the service, which was awful, waiter was impolite and rude.Prices are decent, but food is completely tasteless and poor quality. Additionally, waiting time was really long too. On top of that, waiter had scammed as by saying that he cancelled the food, which we had returned, in fact, he didn’t and we still paid for this horrible dinner. I strongly don’t recommend this place for visiting Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €25–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thank you for talking the time to share your comments. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we consider it important to clarify some points , The dishes you chose to keep were consumed in their entirety, with nothing left on the plates , which is hardly consistent with the descriptions of “tasteless” and “poor quality “food Your mentioned “Deception” take a good look at your bill and you will see that of the appetizers you took , 3 out of 4 were not charged and of the main courses, 6 out of 7 were charged. The word“ Deception “ probably does not suit us Good luck.
