We bragged about LuLus to my new colleagues and brought them with us. We each ordered fries with our meals. I rated this low because the waitress brought each of us fries that weren't even warm. When my husband spoke up and said, "All of our French fries are cold," we all shook our heads in agreement. She apologized and said she would have the cook drop down a new batch for us. When she came back, she only had 1 small serving of fries and gave them to my husband across the table, dumping them onto his plate. When I spoke up and asked where the rest of our fries were, she smiled and sweetly said, "Maybe he'll share!" She was not sharp at all. When she brought our bills, she didn't even ask how everything was. She did ask if we wanted to take the (cold) fries home. I reminded her she brought them to us, cold and that she never replaced ours, only my husband's. She smiled sweetly and said, "Just take 'em home and pop 'em in the microwave, problem solved!" Again, dumber than a box of rocks. We and our new works associates were incredibly disappointed in the waitress and were shaking our heads. We won't be coming back, and I apologized to the colleagues for ever bringing them to Lulu's Kitchen. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I would like to apologize about your service today and your cold fries! We would like to make it right let us know if there is something we can do ! It sounds like you have had good experiences with us and we would like to continue that !

Me and my buddy Caveman arrived at 2:45p today, Sunday. The lady at the counter said they would be closing in 15 minutes. I said we drove from Springfield hoping to eat here. She said that if a customer drove from Springfield to eat here, sit down and please order and no pressure to leave. They were very friendly and curious. I think the ladies names were Julie and Brenda?? The owner should be grateful to have such 2 great employees and the rest of the staff. Thank you for the great meal and you guys are on my go to restaurant list.

Ate there yesterday evening! Great place! Very friendly atmosphere! Great food! Had the beef liver! It was awesome! Can’t wait to return! Going to get the club and fries!
