Drive thru only. Don't. Do. It. Only had one good experience here but I kept going back. Today was the last. I want to support them bc of nostalgia but I totally get why they are closing so many stores down. Ordered an adult meal and a children's meal. The children's meal came with a drink. Root beer. Even had a back and forth with the young lady taking the order bc she was chatting and laughing with someone else. Asked for gravy on the side. Get to the window and there is a guy there now. Opens the window and is speaking Spanish to another lady the whole time he is serving me. Takes the card, hands it back with receipt. Then hands me the bag, closes the window and walks away. I try to get his attention by yelling and thinking but he's already done. No drink. I could have made a hassle but I was already over it. Get home and there is no gravy for either orders of mashed potatoes either. The past few times the service has been meh. There is a lot of side chatter happening so no one is focused on me, you know the customer. It's always little things - wrong side, no tar tar sauce, no roll, wrong drink... And why do they never have baked white fish. Take it off the menu. No matter what time or day of the week, they always "ran out". Girl please. Anyways. Guess I'll be heading back to Cleburnes. The food is more expensive but their service and customer care is worth it.

The cashier Maria Marintha whom ever her name is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered all 20+ plus years of coming to Lubys.. She is always rude and there is nothing being about her attitude.. IT SUCKS AND VERY DISTASTEFUL.. I was just trying to top my waiter!! She didn’t acknowledge my presence and walked off to make tea when I walked up!!! IT WILL BE A WHILE BEFORE I COME BACK and we visit to go and dine in at least 4x weekly!!! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
