They should have changed the name here on Google soon because it is currently Luck! I've been going there since the time of real lugs, today only 2 people pay full attention to customers, both new and old!! When the owner is at the establishment, he just works on the computer and doesn't even provide feedback to see how things are going, so he shows that he is only interested in money! Unfortunately, the service leaves something to be desired! The best product to be sold is what is offered if no one offers it, it doesn't sell!! I believe it's not the employees' fault!!! And yes from the owner who every time he is at the company he just spends time on the computer instead of perhaps giving training to the team! It takes a while, but if you're in a hurry there's self-service next door. The food is fresh, and the mashed potatoes were delicious. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R$40–60

Mission, vision and values of the company? Drumet reheated in old oil and with a bad taste! Even my dog refused this "food". Products 100% destined for waste. The establishment should review its concepts/objectives and goals to consolidate itself in the market. Management is in retroactive direction. ZERO RATING!!!!!!!
