We were there a little too early and explored the area around the 'Lukullum', about 200 m walk from Lake Constance. Regarding parking, there are a few free parking spaces in front of the hotel (if you're lucky) or you can book the underground car park at the hotel for €12. (Tip: There is a cheaper alternative on Schillerstraße with a daily flat rate of just 4.40 euros (direction Friedrichshafen Stadt train station). Check-in went smoothly and our room was very clean and brightly lit. If necessary, there are automatic blinds to darken the windows. The TV screen 'greeted' us with our first names, which immediately caused a smile. A table was reserved for us in the Zeppelinstube for two hours in the evening. Fortunately! The demand is great. The spaghetti with goat cheese and walnuts is highly recommended, as is the panna cotta. Freshly tapped Max&Moritz makes your tongue click. To get to the toilet you can either take the elevator to the basement or take the stairs past reception. Each toilet 'cell' has its own bathroom and plenty of space to set up. In the hotel's own Skybar we were greeted very friendly by the young receptionist Selina (luckily we had a reservation again). The 'Touch of Pink' cocktail has its own story and is highly recommended. The Piña Colada and Watermelon Sour are also beautifully decorated, and the Gin Basil Smash is also tasty. Selina and Timo, the bar manager, made every effort to ensure the satisfaction of all guests and even if reservations were not made, the team made everything possible to find a suitable place in the exclusive, cozy and stylishly furnished Skybar. There are even separate smoking areas inside. We are very enthusiastic about the hotel, especially the extremely friendly and authentic nature of the staff. The saying 'Where guests are friends' becomes 1:1. lived. We noticed this again at the lavish breakfast buffet. Thank you for everything! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
