Great potential, but too many rigid rules. The location is stunning, a beautiful, well-decorated terrace right in the heart of the city. While the staff seems a bit inexperienced, that’s something you can overlook. The real downside, however, is the lack of flexibility, which really spoils the experience and makes you not want to come back. The terrace is strictly for drinks/aperitivo only; even if you ask politely, you can’t get anything to eat beyond basic finger food. If you want a proper meal, you’re forced to go to the restaurant downstairs, which doesn't have the same view and requires every person to order a full set menu. Unsurprisingly, it was empty. In a place like this, I’d expect much better customer service. There are plenty of other exclusive spots in town that are far more accommodating to their guests' needs. This has the most beautiful view with an enchanting atmosphere. The service is exceptional, friendly and formal at the same time. The cocktails and wine were delightful and accompanied by gratis and elegant yet approachable appetizers. Isabel and Simone were great servers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €100+ Vegetarian options: Yes many Dietary restrictions: Accommodated Parking space: Not sure Parking: Just go. You won’t be sorry.
