Great steaks and cakes!. The ambiance maybe not be as good as other places in Broome, but the steaks are the best. Prices are high, but servings are large enough that you don't need an entre. Cakes are also the best for desert or just coffee and cake.

Recently opened again. As Lustre has only just re-opened after being closed for a few years there are still a few teething issues for them to work through (ie. if you are on a corner table they forget about you and it takes 45mins for them to take your order and their cakes are still frozen in the middle). Their coffee's and Chai Lattes are great though. Had a few stuff ups with their dinner (raw lamb being served) but they recovered well and offered a free drink as compensation. Once the kinks have been ironed out I think it will be a great regular spot to go. Classy and stylish setting, a great spot to relax after hitting the pearl shops.
