I truly appreciate you spending Mother’s Day with us, and I’m happy to hear your overall experience and service were positive. At the same time, I completely understand your frustration regarding the limited kid-friendly options during our Mother’s Day prix fixe menu. As a parent dining with a young child, you should not have felt stressed trying to piece together a meal your daughter could enjoy, especially after seeing different menu options available beforehand. Your feedback is completely valid, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused during what should have been a relaxed family celebration. Special holiday menus are designed to create a unique experience, but your comments are a very important reminder that we also need to better accommodate families with small children during those events.
