We had such a great meal here. I can’t begin to tell you how great it was. We were treated like honored guests. We forgot to take pictures of the food. Richard performed magic with the calamari (fresh and not breaded) then we had their roast lamb. Wow! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a great dining experience. They consistently run specials, which is rare among the higher tier restaurants in La Paz. We ordered 2 of the Blue Cheese Gnocchis. It was some of the best pasta that I've had anywhere. The serving size was was generous..not one of those foofie dishes that taste great..but you need to stop and grab a burger on the way home. The house made pasta was flawless and the creamy sauce was off the charts. It also happened to be on special that week at buy one pasta dish(they all sounded great) get the second at 50% off. They ended up being only $13 each... which was an exceptional value. The rest of the menu also looked great (see photos) I can't wait to try the burger next. The service was good, and the server was very friendly..even the kitchen staff made an appearance to see how we liked the food. They have an extensive list of drinks.. the two we ordered were great.Paz. definitely made my 'must visit list while in La Paz'. Adam and I had our eyes on Chef Richard’s menu for while now and we were not disappointed. From the food to the service and value - everything was excellent. Worth noting that M Bistro has been recommended to us by other restaurant owners! My favourite dish was the lamb shoulder! Absolutely succulent and falling off the born. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Trio of Dips, Braised Lamb Shoulder
