I was really disappointed with the service at M1 Café. We ordered three halo-halo, but it took them almost 30 minutes to serve. Initially, we planned to dine in, but because of the long wait, we decided to just take it out instead. The staff didn’t inform us about the preparation time, so we weren’t prepared for the delay. When we finally got our order, the halo-halo was underwhelming. For ₱185, I expected better quality, but it was bland and lacked sweetness—almost like they forgot to add sugar or syrup. It only had about eight ingredients, which didn’t feel worth the price. The place itself is decent, air-conditioned, and a comfortable spot to wait while getting your car washed.
