Interesting find for a non Japanese. We came in at noon, not knowing that this is a breakfast place, and one with lots of history. Breakfast set, 750 yen, was offered to us and it did not disappoint. I enjoyed the grilled fish with the raw egg on rice combo. The stir fried beef is also good. Thank you for the experience of nostalgic breakfast. A reviewer mentioned about smoking smell, and there was some smoking and casually chatting with the owner (i think). Yes, there is a no smoking sign clearly displayed. I believe we are the last customer for the day and they are winding down for the day. They are enjoying simple life in a small coastal town. When I used to go fishing to Kushimoto, I used to eat the breakfast set meal here every morning. I remember that the basic breakfast set meal had a small side dish that you could eat from. It's not exactly friendly, but it feels like you're back in the countryside, and it feels like home. I wonder if Shiba Inu is doing well.
