Stayed for a night after landing in Auckland. Location is very good as it is in Auckland CBD, near a couple of parking lots. Staff was very helpful and even arranged for early check in on request. Definitely would suggest to anyone looking for a stay in Auckland CBD. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Quiet, Great value, High-tech

I had a delightful experience during my stay at Airedale Boutique Suites. As a fan of the John Wick series, I couldn't help but be reminded of the sophisticated ambiance and exclusivity of The Continental Hotel (lol). The hotel's decor and furnishings, coupled with dim lighting, created a timeless and elegant atmosphere that I appreciated. What impressed me even more was the attention to detail, including thoughtful additions in the toilets such as cotton buds, makeup removal wipes, and tampons. The impeccable service I received from the moment I arrived until I departed made my stay memorable. Valet parking was convenient, and my room, which was spacious and included a lounge area, felt like a home away from home. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra touches like the shoeshine service, coffee pods, diverse bar options, and even a personalised card and mini-Whitakers chocolate on the bed. I decided to indulge in room service, and I must say, the oysters and soup served with ciabatta were absolutely delicious. My sincere thanks to the staff for making my stay so enjoyable.
