Had a great experience, the lady making our pizzas was really good. She held the conversation as if she actually cared about the topic. Very rare. The pizza was fantastic Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Visited at 2:44 PM on a Sunday and was disappointed by the experience. There were four employees on the clock, but only one appeared to be actively preparing orders. Meanwhile, a line of at least 10 customers continued to grow while several employees seemed more focused on their cell phones than assisting customers. When approached by a coworker requesting help, the older lady on the clock told her she’s not doing any more or any less because she’s working until 6pm. The lack of urgency and customer service resulted in an unnecessarily long wait. Management may want to address employee engagement and customer service expectations during busy periods. Service: 1

The staff here went above and beyond to help our group of 16 they did it with a smile and made us feel welcomed as if we were a part of their family. When we prayed over our food they too stopped what they were doing and prayed with our group. This place was amazing and if ever I find myself in town again this is a must stop!! I highly recommend MOD Pizza!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: They do have cauliflower crust pizza as well as gluten free crust we tried the cauliflower crust and it was really good as well!
